This Privacy Policy explains how PrivateBuilds ("PrivateBuilds," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit privatebuilds.com (the "Site").
This policy covers website data only. If you engage us for a private AI assessment, pilot, or deployment, the confidential business data, documents, credentials, and systems access involved in that engagement are handled under the applicable Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), Master Services Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW), and/or Data Processing Agreement (DPA) signed for that engagement — not by this website policy. Please don't include confidential or sensitive business information in a website contact form; wait until an NDA is in place.
Information you provide directly, when you submit our pilot quote form or email us: your name, email address, firm type, country, and any message or details you choose to include.
Information collected automatically: basic technical information such as browser type, general location inferred from IP address, and pages visited, as part of normal website hosting and delivery. We do not run any analytics or tracking scripts that build a profile of your visit (see Section 4).
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (health data, financial account numbers, government ID numbers, etc.) through this website.
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, schedule a call, and communicate about a potential or active engagement. We also use it to meet reasonable legal, accounting, or contractual obligations. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or to build marketing profiles.
This Site does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics tools. We do not track your behavior across visits or across other websites.
The Site does load two web fonts (Fraunces and Inter) directly from Google Fonts' servers, so your browser connects to Google to display them; this is a standard technical function of loading a webpage, not a tracking mechanism, but Google may receive your IP address as part of that connection. See Google's own privacy policy for how they handle this.

Each of these providers processes only the limited data described above, under its own privacy policy. We do not share your information with any third party for their own marketing purposes.
We retain website inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, pursue a potential engagement, and meet legal or accounting obligations. If no engagement proceeds, we do not retain inquiry information indefinitely. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 8).
We take reasonable measures to protect information submitted through this Site, including transmitting form data over encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information sent to us.
Security practices for confidential engagement data — documents, systems access, and similar — are addressed separately in each engagement's NDA/DPA, and described in general terms on our Security page.
Depending on where you're located, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. This Site is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
